Swim Instructor / Swim Teacher
SwimKids in South Jordan, UT is looking to hire a seasonal, part-time Swim Instructor / Swim Teacher to provide one-on-one swimming lessons for kids.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SWIM INSTRUCTOR / SWIM TEACHER
As a Swim Instructor / Swim Teacher, you are excited to work with kids in the pool! You work one-on-one with children or in small group settings to help teach swimming and safety.
Friendly and personable, you communicate regularly with parents to keep them updated on their student's progress levels.
With a patient and calm demeanor, you take extra time helping resistant students to overcome their fears. You enjoy interacting with a variety of people throughout your shift and feel good about the part you play in helping children to be safer in the water!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to be outside in the water for up to 5 hours each day
- Ability to tread water while keeping students safe
- Willingness to learn and use feedback

WORK SCHEDULE
This position is a great opportunity for teens ages 16 years and up and others who are interested in an exciting part-time position.
The season runs from June 3rd-August 15th and is Monday-Thursday 7 : 45am-1 : 15pm. There may be an opportunity to transfer to one of our indoor, year-round locations after the season ends!
